As a Board-Certified OBGYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner, I live and breathe women’s health. And this whole midlife stage? I’m in it, too!
What makes me unique is that I’m a doctor with a holistic lifestyle perspective. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of modern medicine and the virtues of natural living. (Society would have you believe it’s one or the other.)
The key is to not just focus on physical health, but also to improve mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

What’s faith got to do with it?
For years, I was in the thick of stressful hospital life, working in obstetrics. I was burnt out to my core and felt unsure of my true calling.
Then I took things to God.
I prayed He would reveal the right path for me, and that brought immense peace and clarity. I’ve since continued to strengthen my faith, and it’s changed my life in every way.

➤ Faith-Forward Midlife Coaching is a 6-week, 1:1 coaching program. With just the two of us on calls, you’ll have my undivided attention and a safe space to open up.
➤ Once you sign on, we’ll have a 1-hour kick-off call so I can learn more about you, your unique health goals, and what’s been holding you back.
➤ For the next 5 weeks, we’ll meet for 30 minutes each week to discuss nervous system reset, nutrition, movement, or whatever you need the most support with.
➤ In between sessions, you’ll have direct email access to me for extra clarity and accountability as you integrate my wellness coaching into your everyday life.
Investment: $997 with the option to pay in full or with two installments.
This isn’t just more advice you’ll never get to.
If you’ve never worked with a coach before, you might assume their M.O. is to just dump random advice, rules, or extra tasks on you.
That’s not how I coach.

A. I designed this experience specifically for professional women in midlife who want to improve their holistic health, but struggle to find the time and energy to do so. They don’t always know where to start, but they’re ready and willing to make a change—even if it’s just with baby steps.

A. The fit won’t be right if you’re unwilling to change your habits, mindset, or lifestyle. Also, this isn’t treatment for mental illness or therapy. While therapy tends to focus on the past, my coaching focuses on achieving your desired future.

A. A few things! Anyone can call themselves a “health coach,” but I’ve been a doctor for 9 years. I also blend medicine and natural wellness versus only leaning in one direction. Lastly, my Catholic faith guides my whole life, so I always coach through a Christian lens.
