LET'S TALK

NEW TO MY WORLD?

I’m Dr. Jessica Nazzaro,

Board-Certified OBGYN, Certified Menopause Practitioner, and Faith-Based Wellness Coach for Women in Midlife.

I meet women where they are—usually going 100+ miles an hour trying to juggle family, career, and midlife’s biggest jolt to the system: menopause.

Here’s what I can personally attest to: Relief doesn’t come by speeding up. It comes in slowing down, reconnecting to your faith, and honoring your body with the care it deserves.

MY STORY:

From burnout to back to God.

For years, I was completely burnt out while working in obstetrics.

The long, grueling hospital hours on days, nights, and weekends …

The high-stakes, unpredictable work of caring for moms and babies …

The emotional extremes of intense joy followed by traumatic loss …

Family walking hand-in-hand across a grassy field on a sunny day.

It all contributed to a chaos I could no longer take.

Not only was I physically, mentally, and spiritually depleted, but I was dragging my family through the mud. For all of our sakes, I needed to slow down and get clear on what God wanted for me and my family.

It helped me claw my way out of my own burnout and reconnect to what matters most. I’ve since slowed down, improved my health, and found deeper purpose.

Faith doesn’t mean we never have struggles; It means we can face them with greater peace and clarity.

I turned to faith in a way I hadn’t before.

I grew up going to church, but it often just felt like a box to tick on Sunday mornings. (“Church is done. Now let’s get on with the rest of our weekend!”)

This time, reaching out to God felt deeper.

More personal.

More important

In my despair of wondering if I had gotten everything wrong by choosing my obstetrics career, I prayed that God would reveal the right path for me. The one HE wanted me to take, not the one I felt I “should” take.

Prayer brought me so much peace, patience, and clarity on my priorities. Now I’m here today, doing exactly what I was called to do …

Serving women like you who crave better health and deeper purpose in midlife.

There is a book titled "Hoz Eire" on the rug in front of her, a wooden chest to her right, a tan sofa, and a small wooden side table with a potted plant and a striped mug behind her.

I’ve clawed my way out of burnout, and you can too.

Even if …

➤ You’re smack dab in the middle of menopause. (I’ll help you ditch the  fatigue, brain fog, and other annoying symptoms so you can feel like yourself again.)

➤ Your go-to setting is to push harder, work faster, and never ease up on the brakes of life. (I’ll show you how to slow down and experience true restoration.)

➤ You’ve tried a million other times to make your health a priority, and nothing ever stuck. (I’ll create a personalized plan for you that feels easier and more sustainable.)

➤ You feel disconnected from God or worry it’s been too long since you’ve been in touch with the man upstairs. (I’ll help you make your way back to God’s open arms.)
