Practice With Purpose

A sacred place for Christian clinicians who want to practice medicine with faith, peace, and purpose again.

You didn’t go into medicine just to survive it.

You felt called to heal, serve, and make a difference.

But somewhere along the way…

The charting got heavier. The pace got faster. The expectations got louder.

Your needs and your home life got quieter.

Now you ask yourself, “Is this really how it’s supposed to feel?”

You don’t need another pizza party.

You need space to remember who you are.

And why you were called in the first place.

And being a mother?

Somehow motherhood took a backseat to a career in healthcare.

You were called to heal.

You were called to mother.

And now, one crowds out the other.

You pray for more time, more presence, more peace. And wonder if you’re failing at both.

INTRODUCING

Practice With Purpose

A guided, small-group experience focused on reflection, faith, and vocation. These weren’t meant to be separate.

Medicine doesn’t have to cost your soul.

Burnout doesn’t get the final word.

Practice With Purpose is here to remind you:

You were made for more than survival.

This space is for you if…

You work in healthcare but feel the tension of faith inside a secular healthcare system that doesn’t share your values

You feel called to medicine, but tired of compartmentalizing yourself at work

You feel pulled between your calling and your family, constantly choosing which one gets your best energy

You feel spiritually dry because your life is all output and no replenishment

You’re tired of secular “burnout” programs that treat you like a productivity problem instead of a whole person

✔ You crave a space where you don’t have to explain your values, a safe community.

You’ll join a sacred quarterly gathering:

✔ A safe space of values

Quarterly, themed live meetings where we reflect on faith, burnout, calling, motherhood, boundaries and so much more. It’s a pause, not a performance.

✔ Soul-nourishing reflection questions

You’ll answer short prompts via e-mail before the gathering. These will guide our live conversations where you can participate (or not!)

✔ Become part of a founding circle

This was the community I didn’t know I needed, until you told me this was something you crave.

Welcome! I’m Dr. Jessica Nazzaro.

As a Board-Certified OBGYN, Certified Menopause Practitioner, Catholic Mom and Wife, I’ve lived my own exhaustion, overwork, and spiritual misalignment inside medicine.

Practice With Purpose was born out of that tension.

It’s not a productivity solution. It’s a sacred pause. It’s a place to feel more aligned & surrounded by others who want the same.

Why am I unique? I’m a doctor with a holistic lifestyle perspective. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of modern medicine and the virtues of natural living. (Society would have you believe it’s one or the other.)

Health isn’t just physical. It’s spiritual. It’s home.

If you’re ready to slow down, feel like yourself again, and focus on what matters most, we’re on the same page!

What’s faith got to do with it?

For years, I was in the thick of stressful hospital life, working in obstetrics. I was burnt out to my core and felt unsure of my true calling.

Then I took things to God.

I prayed He would reveal the right path for me, and that brought immense peace and clarity. I’ve since continued to strengthen my faith, and it’s changed my life in every way.

If you’re a fellow believer, know that we have a space to share as healthcare workers.
