Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein "Cookies"


Ingredients

2 scoop Primal Kitchen Peanut Butter

Collagen

1 cup Hu Dark Chocolate Gems

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup oat flour

1/3 cup almond flour

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 TBSP milk

Instructions

Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate in a

double boiler or bowl over boiling

water

In a separate bowl, mix wet

ingredients (peanut butter, syrup, milk)

In a separate bowl, mix dry

ingredients (oat flour, almond flour,

collagen)

Add wet and dry ingredients together

to form a dough

Place the dough on a parchment

paper lined baking sheet (we use

stainless steel) and flatten the dough

Once the chocolate is melted, gently

pour it over the dough to cover

Set in the refrigerator to harden for

about 20 minutes

Cut to your preferred size and enjoy :)

I use almond milk

I use Crazy Richard's peanut butter,

the only ingredient is peanuts
